  I’ve been here for about 6 months, and I absolutely love it here. The staff is friendly, and efficient. There is always something to do here, so many different activities to keep you busy, the amenities are great! One of the greatest places to live in Williamsburg!!

  We moved here in August. One of our best decisions ever!! Fun activities, great staff, great neighbors. Tamika was great making our transition into our new apartment easy . Amega is a great manager. I hope to be here for many more years. Always great activities. If you are a senior looking for a great place to live … join us!

  From the first day I came to look at the Arbors Tamika, treated me with kindness and respect. Even when I felt that I was imposing on her showing different units she nicely took me to them. She has made me feel welcome and safe here. She has made me feel as though this isn’t just an apartment building. This is a home and this is a family. I can’t imagine the building without her. I need to mention that the entire staff has been wonderful. I love living here. The staff has made this a place that’s relaxing fun and safe for enjoyable remaining years of anybody moving in

  Searching for quality housing can be stressful, even more so when one is looking on behalf of a relative. During our search we were blessed twice: first, that we found the Arbors at Williamsburg; second, that we were able to work with Tamika, who welcomed us and guided us every step of the way. She answered all of our questions and she was both professional and personable. We could not help but feel comfortable with Tamika. The property itself is beautiful and is the ideal community for seniors. Centrally located, the building is immaculate and secure. There are several onsite amenities-hair salon, billiards-game room, library, club room. During our tour, Tamika was deservedly proud of this beautiful building and I saw her attend to several small details as we visited- for example, returning a misplaced chair to its proper place. In working with her it was clear that she was deeply concerned for the maintenance of the building and the quality of life that the residents have. Tamika is a wonderful asset to an incredible senior apartment community. If you are seeking senior housing in the Williamsburg area, I highly recommend the Arbors, for both the quality of the property, and because of the excellent service we received. Thanks again to Tamika for your help to my family.
