  I want to thank Kat, Sales Representative at Under the Roof furniture store in Waynesboro for helping me over the process of buying a beautiful sectional for my living room. She is very professional and also friendly and supportive as well as knowledgeable about all the lovely things that are in the store.   First of all, the store is a hidden Waynesboro gem. I had looked for chairs at several other furniture stores in the nearby town where I live, but almost everything was overstuffed & too large for my living room. So I was pleased to see a good variety of traditional/modern, oversized/delicate, etc., here. Jonathan greeted me when I arrived, listened attentively as I explained what I wanted, and was knowledgeable not only about the inventory on the sales floor but then, while I looked around on my own (which I always prefer to being trailed by a salesperson), he took the initiative to see what else the store might have in its warehouse for quick delivery. Jonathan also provided excellent follow-up, including calling the morning of delivery to ensure I would be home and communicating my request back to the delivery team that I would welcome a call 1 hour prior to delivery versus the standard 30 minutes ahead, so I could leave the house and run a few quick errands. Great experience all around. And love the chair I ended up buying!
