  Being in my sixties, I felt I had learned to deal with depression. Take your pill, feel numb to life, and get by. However, in helping another deal with their depression, I have become aware of ketamine therapy and witnessed, first-hand, four different approaches to offering this treatment. The approach taken by Mind & Body Wellness Center is the best I have seen. They combine an environment that makes you feel safe and comfortable with coaching that helps you maximize your experience. This approach is so good, in fact, that I have now sought treatment for my depression through them. Although fresh out of my initial series of treatments, I feel a sense of possibility and positivity that I have not felt in a long time. I cannot recommend this treatment option and M&BWC highly enough!

  I have learned so much about myself and the universe around me in the non conventional sense. What their team has provided me is next level care. I began with pain treatment and now am looking inward and treating mental health. I can now focus better on the life I have around me and not so much my pain. My therapist Tori, has been incredible and understanding. I wouldn't want to continue this process with anyone else. I also extend my thanks to Tim, he listens without judgement and didn't treat me like a stranger. He is such a warm person, and I know this team will help many people in the future.
