  I have worked with Paul Donas and his team since November of 2022, during my professional career as a Benefits Administrator I have worked with some of the largest broker firms in the U.S., however, my experience with Paul Donas and his team is unmatched. I have watched Paul and his team accomplished the impossible, during our last open enrollment he was able to find a better health insurance carrier at a lower cost than the one we had the previous year. Paul and his team are a group of dedicated professionals that consistently go above and beyond to provide a great service and are always available to provide support and respond to inquiries.   Paul Donas is one of the is one of the best benefits providers/brokers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. This evaluation comes from my experience as a CFO and COO for small companies for of over 25 years; during that time, I have worked with PEOs, insurance brokers, human resource professionals, and insurance companies, securing and designing all matters of coverage and benefits plans, including, but not limited to, health insurance, E&O/D&O insurance, property and casualty insurance, retirement plans, life-insurance.
